The integration of a new employee is a crucial step when they start in their position so that they can feel confident, supported and, thus, allowing them to reach their full potential quickly.

The Onboarding Program will provide the new Cashier with basic skills and knowledge in Health and Safety, Customer Service, Fraud Prevention, and any other aspect or important process for their role.


  • Apply workplace health and safety standards
  • Identify the key elements of customer service
  • Contribute to in-store loss prevention and fraud prevention at the cash counter
  • Explain operational procedures and processes at the cash counter
