Only franchise store owners and managers may register employees and request additional classes outside the Academy’s planned calendar.
To register employees for different training sessions that are on the Academy’s calendar, please contact the Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator in your store or group.
To request an additional class, please contact the Academy.
The Academy limits the right and may refuse certain additional training, such as those provided by external suppliers.
Your enrolment information along with the course location and directions for getting there or how to connect to a virtual classroom will be confirmed in writing. Unless otherwise stated, lunch is not provided for classroom sessions.
Stores are responsible for verifying all registration confirmations sent by the Academy.
[Note: the Academy will refuse entry to non-registered participants who present themselves for a training session that is full.]
A session will be held only if the minimum number of participants is reached. The Academy reserves the right to modify the course schedule or to cancel sessions if this criteria is not met.
Cancellation of participation must be confirmed in writing to academie@fglsports.com.
You have up to 5 business days prior to the session to cancel a registration. Participants’ substitution to a training are accepted until the day of training (substitution excludes a participant who has already started Discover the Leader in You! Program).
[Note: In the event that a registered participant doesn’t show up, the Academy may charge stores a penalty of $50 for courses up to 4 hours in duration and $100 for courses that are longer.]
