PCI Compliance Policies and Procedures

 PCI Compliance Policies and Procedures

In order to help protect the integrity of cardholder information, the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security Council was created in 2006 by the major credit card associations: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Financial Services, JCB International and American Express. Its goal is to maintain a set of common industry security requirements for all retailers that store, process, or transmit credit card data.

As an employee who processes credit card transactions and/or handles credit card information or has access to PIN Pads, you must comply with PCI standards on an annual basis. This training will allow you to apply the best practices and tools for processing, handling and protecting cardholder information.
