Sales associates must be proactive and have a good understanding of how to handle shoplifters. This training will teach them proven preventative measures to minimize shoplifting and protect the store’s assets.

  • Identify types of thieves, their methods and tools
  • React adequately to an alarm alert
  • Recognize the various methods used to “burn” shoplifters and the conditions required to apprehend a thief
